Reformed house at approximately 100m. from the historical centre. At 400m. from the local swimming pool, cafeteria 'Meson del Moro' and cafeteria restaurant 'Posada del Moro'. At 20m from hotel-restaurant Palacio de San Benito.

The house has been finished in old stile, but with all kind of modern comfort.
There are 4 bedrooms, of which 3 on the first floor; one room with a double bed and with en suite bathroom, and 2 rooms with twin beds and shared bathroom in the passage. All have built-in wardrobe and balcony to the street.

On the ground floor there is another room with twin beds, living room with chimney and TV, toilet and a kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, hot air oven, toaster, blender, very complete.

The house has air-conditioning.
